About

Space Sandbox is a half-anarchy Garry's Mod server built around Wiremod and ACF combat. Build armed vehicles, spacecraft, and contraptions — then put them to the test. If you can defend against it or get out of the way, it's fair game.

This website is an unofficial fan site. The owner of this site is in no way officially affiliated with or endorsed by Space Sandbox Server. This site was created by a community member to share information about the server.

Server Features

Wiremod

The backbone of advanced contraptions. Wire up complex machines, vehicles, and automated systems using gates, chips, and sensors. Create everything from simple door controllers to fully autonomous defense systems.

Expression 2

Unrestricted E2 access for advanced scripting. Program custom behaviors, HUDs, holographic displays, and complex logic systems. No arbitrary limits — if you can code it, you can run it.

Starfall

Lua-based scripting for even more powerful creations. Build custom screens, 3D renders, interactive interfaces, and game systems within the game. Full processor access for demanding projects.

ACF

Armored Combat Framework

Realistic ballistics, armor penetration, and vehicle combat. Build tanks, aircraft, and warships with functional weaponry. Includes the Missiles Extension for guided ordnance and advanced targeting systems.

M9K

M9K Weapons

A comprehensive arsenal of firearms, explosives, and heavy weapons. From pistols to rocket launchers, everything you need for combat encounters and vehicle armaments.

Unrestricted Building

Minimal tool restrictions and generous prop limits. Build massive ships, complex bases, and elaborate contraptions without constantly hitting arbitrary caps. If it doesn't crash the server, it's probably allowed.

Spacebuild

Life support, resource management, and planetary exploration. Build sealed ships, manage oxygen and energy, and travel between celestial bodies. A popular choice for players who want to take their builds beyond the atmosphere.

Half-anarchy combat server

If it can be defended from or evaded, it's legal
If it can't be blocked and can't be evaded, it's illegal
No harassment or excessive toxicity

Violations result in incremental punishment up to permaban
